Worst purchase ever
Worst purchase ever, really poor customer service, no reply when you contact them. They player is stuck on one device what nonsense is that, I bought an account for one device you should be able to use it on whatever device you want. But it's stuck to my broken laptop and no replies from customer service on how to change it. Poor service, poor setup, avoid at all costs waste of time and money! It's would be less than one of possible

I contacted IBO PRO in search of a reliable provider that does not buffer. They are one company that refuses to provide a demo so I told them I would not buy without a demo so they provided on in a very confusing way because they FORCE their customers to use their poorly designed app. So after dealing with their very rude, insulting unprofessional, classless rep on WhatsApp I finally managed to get it to load without their help. Here is what I found after 24 hours viewing. Some series like Landsman will not load at all. Others are missing the most recent one of two seasons. I did experience minor bufferring and several picture freezes requiring me to back out and restart. The other glaring problem with their series selection is these people spend hours creating numerous segmented sub categories like Netflix has 4-6, same with Amazon Prime. But they have deleted dozens upon dozens of series that I enjoy watching. Much of the Discovery channel options are missing. That least to another inexcusable problem this app gives you 1 favorites list which is just a pain in the ass. Movies. Started only two movies and one was problem free one froze and had to be restarted. Now life TV. Selection is a bit hard to sort through but I watched two shows without any bufferring which was a positive. But here is the glaring problem with this rude unprofessional company from Texas. I sent them 4 messages to their pretend support and after 24 hours they had not responded to one of them. One of my questions was if I pay them for a one year subscription would they give me a url logging option so I could use it on another app. Just an FYI, COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE ARE A DESIGNED SCAM. They FORCE you to use their app by creating a log in process that only works on their pathetic app. Ibo and TIVI Mate are focus for doing this. It's inexcusable. If you purchase any subscription from them it can only be played on their app. So my conclusion is don't buy from them. It's just another over hyped scam from a classless company that has no integrity or support.
