Parcel wrongfully delivered to a neighbour, falsify signed on behalf of me by the courier DHL. I am Gia would not replace or refund my order, despite offering to provide ID showing my signature didn’t match DHL. DHL also could not prove it was delivered to the correct address and handed it to some random old woman. IAMGIA told me I needed to reply within 2 days or they’d close the case, I replied and a day later they closed it anyway A closed enquiry, £212 lost and no clothes gained. Great company will never buy again

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Kraken’s handling of my situation. Since August 3, I have had an open support ticket regarding my €5,000 transfer. I transferred the money to my Kraken account, the funds arrived, and then my account was suspended without any clear explanation. It has now been a full week, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable. You have been holding €5,000 of my money while providing me with no clear explanation, no meaningful update, and no timeline for resolving the issue. I have contacted your support team multiple times, yet I continue to receive the same generic responses instead of an actual solution. If there is a legitimate reason for my account to remain suspended, then explain it clearly and tell me exactly what is required from me. If you cannot unlock my account, then return my €5,000 immediately to the original bank account from which the funds were transferred. I trusted Kraken with my money, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in your platform. A company handling customers’ funds should not leave someone waiting for an entire week without a clear explanation or resolution. I am asking you to stop giving me generic answers and actually resolve my case. Either restore access to my account or return my €5,000. I expect a clear and definitive response as soon as possible. I ordered clothes worth 200$ on IamGia…
I ordered clothes worth 200$ on IamGia and entered my proper address, somehow they populate it with a Las Vegas Address instead of the one I have listed as a default address. I realized their mistake within 15 minutes of my order and promptly messaged their support team. I was told to take it up with “whatever shipping carrier we use” they couldn’t edit my order or tell me where, when, or who would ship my order. It randomly gave me a tracking 10 hours before being FULLY DELIVERED to the wrong address. Iamgia stopped responding to my inquiries right away and now my package is stolen at an address only they know about. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I didn't place a order I looked added to cart and beings that my card info is stored some how some way git ordered. I immediately tried to cancel but the confirmation email was blank when they finally emailed me in response to my request to cancel it was like 45 mins which was fast but then said I only had 15 mins to cancel. How Is that possible when I received a blank email. And had to email them to inform them of the blank email and me wanting to cancel. So I said fine I'll try it whatever. I ordered it and the med. Size was like a large or XL and it smelled like mold SMH lesson learned I will never order from there again

Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service. I have not received my item it was delivered to an unknown place. Instead of providing a refund they have advised only a store credit and now they are ignoring my emails. Taking them to the financial ombudsman. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
