be aware!!!
be carefull, they re crooks trying to collect commissions from both parties, the seller and the buyer,without telling you and then pretending it s normal practice in the region...especially if you re a foreigner. their agents are lacking the legal knowledges and are very border.

Say No to Huspy!!
I got my villa sold thru Huspy Agent Zoe King, she did great to find me a buyer in tough market which i was very happy about but after that everything went downhill, the first thing she did was that while trying to get me best deal, she locked me at a certain amount and than got the buyer to pay more and without mentioning that to me as her commission, Secondly when I got to sign the spa with new buyer I was told that the buyer is pure cash buyer while the mou said managers cheque, while it took some days to get that cleared out, a new issue came, while the commission amount was mentioned including the VAT in the offer letter and told verbally and written, the mou was slightly different as it added VAT on top of the commission amount, I trusted the agent didn’t read thru the whole terms and missed it and upon transfer date, I was asked to pay and even upon showing evidence to Huspy that I was misguided / lied to / miscommunicated but it seems my voices were falling on deaf ears. I would serious suggest to sell l/buy your property for a lower/higher price than work with people who have no work ethics or professionalism. The processing agent Jade, thank you jade for being there for me, you were the only thing good about this deal which just took place today.

Mixed experience
Mixed experience — ultimately disappointing. At the beginning, Anton Monaghan seemed professional during our meetings and calls. However, my experience changed over time. He later provided incorrect information, which caused me to lose several hours at the bank. When issues arose, he did not even apologize, and he was notably absent at key moments in the Whatsapp Group. He did not even acknowledge or congratulate me at the signing at the trustee office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with him.
