Amazing! Ordered a sling and you guys were so helpful with changing the address so I had it in time for going to Scone Horse Trials this weekend and I’m delighted, doggo is very happy 😍

I have 2 slings from Hugo and Ted
I have 2 slings from Hugo and Ted, one fleece and one jersey. They’re supposedly the same specifications but the jersey one has a far longer strap and also had a much shallower bag part so I have to hold my dog in. Both were ordered with an extra long strap which is advertised for people over size 16 or over 5’10 but I think maybe they need to reconsider their measurements on that because even on the shorter attempt at that strap it hangs low. All in all the bag works and my dog likes it but it’s absolutely not worth £50 and the only reason I bought a second was because I didn’t want my dog in a fleece bag in summer and the other sling options tap out below 8kg. They’re a rip off but the only option basically.

Excellent service of the Team
Over the past years I have ordered a variety of items for our three dogs. Each time we are pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, quality and craftsmanship. Recently I ordered 2 fleece jackets for our smallest dog. Love the animal print pattern and the orange option. By accident I had forgotten to include part of the new delivery address. The team at Hugo and Ted immediately stepped in to help locate the parcel. Needless to say I am again impressed by this small business and I will continue to order from them. Their slings are also fantastic when having smaller dogs. We got the cotton and fleece options.

Fantastic dog beds and sling
Excellent customer service. I bought the 2 car beds a few years back and they are the best purchase ive made!! The quality is exceptional and my dogs absolutely love they!! Recently purchased the standard fleece sling the boy dog loves to be carried in slings and the girl is not quite so keen but to my amazement she wants in on this sling and will sit in there and go to sleep!! We tried her in other slings before but goes stiff and wont relax this one however completely different so much so ive had to order another one!! Looking forward to receiving this. Thank you for your excellent products and the fleece toy they both live too!! Very happy customers 🩷
