Great after sales service
I bought some lights which, when installed, did not hang evenly. I contacted Hugbel by email and they responded promptly with some suggestions which I followed, but the problem persisted. It would have been easy for them to fob me off as I live on the other side of the globe (Australia) but they immediately agreed to replace the lights. I asked that they test them before shipping to make sure they did not have the same fault, which they did. No quibbling, no having to pay for the additional shipping or having to return the faulty goods. This was great after sales service from Hugbel. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Edited to add - I emailed them, several back and forth emails. No resolutions. I even offered to ship the items back for a refund. Never again and highly recommend everyone else to purchase local, there are many lighting companies that trade from Australia that are fantastic and reasonable and have a great customer service. Bought 4 lights, all 4 faulty in design - they work but the tubes are all varialbe sizes so cannot be fit correctly. Back and forth via emails - generally unhelpful. Stick to local Australian suppliers - I had no problems with my other lights - one I purchased from Nook collections had a faulty transformer - replaced with minimal hassle. This company is making me run circles. Also, general quality of lights looks cheap and plasticky. Will not be purchasing from them again.

After receiving my order
After receiving my order, I noticed that one particular style of light was not true to its colour as shown on the website the pendant light was called Retro Bohemian Rattan in Light Brown. When I received them, they were a dark brown and definitely not light brown. I emailed the customer support team and received a response and solution within 24hours. They were super kind in offering to send these lights in the natural colour for replacement and I was told I could keep the others. It was very easy and positive experience dealing with Hugbel

Perfect products and support from the team.....
We have purchased a number of amazing light fittings from Hugbel. The items came well package and the products where more special then we had expected. One of our items were damaged during installation, Hugbel were able to find a replacement globe at a very reasonable price. I will be buying more from this supplier and highly recommend them to others. Thanks for the support Lily and team. Rgd Christine

Gorgeous design, great service
Gorgeous design and a huge range of lights to suit any decor. The lights we bought were perfect for an inner city terrace, but on top of that some installation issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. Excellent customer service, fast response and overall a very good experience.
