We were completely missold and then dropped the second the contract was signed/over the line. Disgraceful "customer service" what a shame as this once used to be an amazing company that valued it's customer base. Would have given 0 stars if I could. Shame on you HubSpot!

Pros: Easy to learn in training and build upon previous knowledge of the system. The CRM and Sales parts are great for data and utility and the cost is lower than SalesForce which I think needs at least one dedicated administrator to make it work for the business. At least with a small scale team, it seems to do the same job of SalesForce with competitive prices. Cons: The Breeze Assistant is by far the most difficult AI to use. It does ask precise questions to get the exact need/query but it insists on doing large tasks in batches meaning the user has to restart the next batch manually. Example: If there was one single process action the task could be done just before end of day sign off in 5 mins, but this one took the majority of the next day to do in batches. By fixing this and upgrading the AI, the most important and long actions can just be done in the background quickly without team worry. Also, the calls dialled do have line difficulties when the inbound window is kept open meaning simultaneous inbound and outbound call management isn’t feasible.

Working with HubSpot was the worst experience ever! We were excited through the sales process. It seemed like a platform that could grow with us as a business and communication was great with our sales person. However, once we got to onboarding communication fell flat. The onboarding fee is $899. Emailing with our onboarding professional left us waiting 3-7 days for a response. We were also told before purchasing that a third party platform wasn't necessary and that HubSpot could integrate with our EHR. We made our purchasing decision based on that since it was a lower cost than other platforms. However, once we paid and signed an annual contract and paid the onboarding fee we were told we actually did need a third party platform. This hiked up our monthly fee. We reached out to support and they said there was nothing they could do as we signed the contract. No discounts were offered. They apologized that onboarding wasn't moving forward and told me to contact technical support as needed. DON'T DO HUBSPOT! I have no doubt the platform is great but the customer service and onboarding is non existant.

Somehow has my data despite never having used it or been a customer. They were forced to inform me about it because of GDPR but the link they provided to delete my data didn't work.

Costosissimo. Assistenza clienti praticamente inesistente.
