Hi, I’ve ordered around six bras from your TikTok Shop, and unfortunately three of the six have had the underwire come out. It’s really frustrating because I’ve spent a lot of money with you and expected better quality. I also wanted to contact you directly, but it looks like your TikTok privacy settings have changed, so I’m no longer able to send you a message. I then commented during your live to try and get some help, but one of the people on the live was making rude comments under her breath. I found her behaviour really unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I’m unable to attach the screenshot I took of her through this message, but I do have it and can provide it if you’re able to tell me another way to send it. I’d appreciate it if you could look into both the issue with the faulty bras and the way I was treated, as I don’t think someone who speaks to customers like that should be representing your business.

Their exchange process helps you find your perfect size

I initially ordered 4 bras in what I thought was my size, but unfortunately they were too big. This was my mistake, not HSIA's, as I assumed that after losing a bit of weight, my bra size probably hadn't changed much. Yeah, I was wrong. Thankfully, their customer service was great in working with me to get the correct size. They sent me a trial bra in a new size (which didn't fit because I overcorrected and requested a size that was too small this time). Again, they were patient and helpful and sent me yet another trial bra in the right size this time. Once I confirmed this size worked, they immediately shipped the remaining 3 bras in this size. They also told me I didn't need to return the original 4 or the 1 trial bra. The only downside was that these bras shipped directly from China, so each package took about 2 weeks to arrive. However, the bras are nice quality, supportive, and comfortable. All things considered, I'm very happy!

Wide band which is good

Extremely Poor Support. Wide band which is good, but the cup material is very flimsy & has no support for a large bust. Also straps have no padding & dig into shoulders. Sorry but a waste of money. 40F
