Order an 8 x 4m tent for a party
Order an 8 x 4m tent for a party. The 1st box arrived but the other 2 just should 'an exception' on the DX site. So called HoT, no answer, so I emailed. Next day I got a response, confirming a delay (but no date)! It was now Thursday and the party was on Sunday with inclement weather forecast! So I called, phone was answered, he had no more info available from the 3rd party logistics company, so promised to call them and find out. Igor called back from Hamburg within a half an hour, confirmed that they were lost in transit. So he packed replacement boxes and expedited to be delivered by Saturday morning.....we'll they arrive first thing Friday morning, by noon the tent was up. I was very impressed with the quality and the ease of installation (I would suggest marking the poles to make it easier). Stayed dry under heavy rain, the guests were all impressed with the 'big top' tent! Great personal and responsive customer service and excellent product at a reasonable price.

I bought a hard top gazebo which was delivered very quickly unfortunately the delivery company delayed one of the packages and also damaged some of the parts however house of tents rectified this offering to replace the parts, love the gazebo it’s solid and looks great over my decking

I ordered a 6 x4 marquee and did not…
I ordered a 6 x4 marquee and did not check unfortunately. I just put in away and 6 when I needed it I found I was I fact missing 3 of 6 boxes. The boxes where not labelled 1 to 6 so had no way of knowing. I called and was told I had 14 days to say I didn’t have it all however if they labelled the boxes I would have known. Long story short Im welcome to buy the missing parts with a 30% discount. I will not! I will never use them again! All my experience with China delivery companies end up negative. Don’t be fooled by the Uk office! It’s DX that delivers and the company was no help. £ 678 down the drain.

Excellent Customer Service
Every aspect of my contact with this company has been faultless. I recently ordered a new gazebo to match an existing one. It was delivered delivered within 3 days of the order being placed. More recently a leg broke on the older gazebo, and when I spoke to Igor at customer services, he was able to itentify the part concerned, was able to confirm that it was still available, and promised to send one straight out free of charge. I can't ask for more than this.
