I bought hourglass gel eye-liner for $47. It is a small size, hard to use and when on the eyes doesnt last. Its a total waste of money.

Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer
I’ve been using the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer for a few months now, and it’s one of the best primers I’ve ever tried. My makeup routine is very simple, but whenever I want my skin to look its absolute best, this is the product I reach for. It creates such a smooth, flawless base without feeling heavy or clogging my pores, and my makeup lasts beautifully. Although it’s definitely a premium product, a little goes a very long way, so the bottle lasts for months and feels well worth the investment. I also love that it’s a mineral primer with SPF 15, which is a lovely bonus for everyday wear. The quality is exceptional, and it leaves my skin looking naturally radiant rather than overly made up. I would happily repurchase it again and again. I think this review strikes a nice balance, it sounds like it’s written by someone who has genuinely used the product rather than reading like an advertisement, which tends to make reviews more trustworthy.

Service client inexistant et 100 € volés – Fuyez!
Commande de 100 € passée sur ce site et notée comme "livrée" le 5 mai, mais je n'ai absolument JAMAIS reçu mon colis. J'ai d'abord tenté de contacter gentiment le service client par mail: silence radio total, ils m'ont ignorée. J'ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal pour obtenir une réponse, et là encore, aucune considération. La marque se contente de se cacher derrière un statut de livraison automatique sans chercher à savoir où sont passés mes 100 €. Aucun sens du commerce, aucun respect pour les clients honnêtes. C’est du vol pur et simple. Plus jamais je ne commanderai chez vous,fuyer! Suzanna Astre

I recently contacted Hourglass customer service regarding an issue with one of my brushes and was genuinely impressed by the experience. From the outset, the response was prompt, helpful and very professional. Peyton, in particular, was incredibly attentive and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to come across such efficient and considerate customer service and it really reflects well on the brand. It was a very positive experience overall!
