Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support, Every ticket opened or updated takes weeks to respond with vague explanations and no fixVery poor customer support and a disappointing experience overall. Every support ticket takes weeks to get a response, and the replies are usually vague, with no actual solution provided. I purchased the Tier 2 LTD plan expecting to host up to 10 domains, but they only allowed me to add 2 domains and refused to let me add the remaining ones. This does not match what was promised and feels misleading. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their support and honor the limits included in their plans. es. I got tier 2 LTD from them them and they aloowed me only 2 out of 10 domain hosting and they not allow more to add.

I paid for the service but did not receive the product. Everything indicates that the company is running a scam and uses an artificial layer of protection through an offshore company in Wyoming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've tried a few different hosts over the years and honestly most of them disappointed me sooner or later, mostly because the price would jump up.With HostVerge it's been a different story. My sites load fast, I haven't had any real downtime issues, and when I did reach out to support they got back to me quickly and actually knew what they were talking about. The price is also just really fair for what you get. Nothing flashy to say, it just works and that's exactly what I need when I'm managing sites for clients.
