Update. Problem resolved and platform compatible with our project. I'm updating my previous review because HostArmada finally reviewed our case and enabled cPanel API Token management, a feature we needed for our project. After testing, we confirmed that the following features are working correctly: API Token authentication. Secure access to UAPI via HTTPS. Automated creation of MySQL databases and users. Full provisioning of new standalone environments. We initially received conflicting information about the availability of this feature, which caused concern and led us to request service cancellation. However, the sales and technical team reviewed the case, clarified that the feature is enabled upon request for security reasons, and ultimately provided us with a satisfactory solution. I especially appreciate that they considered our technical needs and allowed us to fully verify functionality before closing the case. With the system now operational, we will maintain the service and withdraw our refund request. I hope this functionality remains enabled for our account, even with future internal server migrations. The initial experience could have been better, but the final response and technical solution were satisfactory. Thank you very much, HostArmada. --------------------------------------- Previous message (Context) --------------------------------------- I chose HostArmada after comparing several hosting providers and purchased a 3-year hosting plan for a new infrastructure project. After activating the account, I discovered that several advanced cPanel features were disabled, including Terminal and cPanel API Token Management, along with other developer-oriented tools that I normally use and that are available with other hosting providers. Unfortunately, these limitations were not clearly communicated before the purchase, and I only discovered them after setting up the service. If you are a developer or rely on advanced cPanel functionality, I strongly recommend contacting sales first and requesting a complete list of enabled and disabled cPanel features before purchasing. This could save you significant time and prevent unexpected issues. I have submitted a refund request and am currently waiting for their response. I will update this review once the case is resolved.
