Buy from somewhere else
I have been waiting 8 weeks for my angel eye bulbs. Company is uncontactable either by email or the WhatsApp messenger, just receive a rambling generic email about covid19. I have got a refund from my bank.

Scammers, please be aware! I advise not buy anything from that website no matter how appealing the item may be. Why? Because your not going to get the item you saw online. They will send you a cheap chinese product worth pennies, attach a premium photo of a product and charge a hefty ammount. I was a victim of this when I purchases Red Led Fog lights for my E92. Not only did I wait 2 weeks. Right after opening a dispute with my bank they then sent a 2 day delivery package straight away? Just to cover themselves! They argued with my bank saying I have not communicated with them and that I immediately asked for a refund. I sent several emails and only had automatic responses sent about covid from 2021? Please go ahead. Try looking up the whats app number on their website or try emailing them. Do it and see what happens. It's all a scam. That company does not have an address, they've done that to hide. I had to get back my £60 from my bank. Horizon Led's never refunded me and never did I even get to speak to them. How sad. They spoke to the bank though haha. In short, They put pictures of premium products on their website, you get no confirmation when buying, after desputing with bank as there is NO WAY of contacting them, they send you 'something' in my case 50p bulbs that I payed £60 for and they try to use that as their argument that they done everything right. Ps, Look how outdated their website it. Hope this helps you out. MY ADVICE, PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. *Took me 3 months to resolve this with my bank. Bank, not the company.

5 STAR PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered before seeing the, and I am fortunate enough to say the 1 stars must be from competitors . My LEDs from Horizon are truly error free and extremely bright, unlike ones I've purchased off other vendors. Paid for 24 hour Royal Mail and that's what showed up, many thanks and chin up Horizon!

do not deal with this company
2 months after ordering still no goods delivered. Seller does not reply to emails and cannot be reached by phone. Buyer protection via paypal has been applied for. Strong fraud intentions.

Worst company ever to deal with
Worst company ever to deal with. Part of the order missing and never sent, ignored all messages. Stated returns never received and then ignored everything. Claimed everything back through credit card company and they even sent their ‘evidence’ as a completely different customer with their personal details. Couldn’t even try to fool Creit Card company directly.
