Device connects via wifi, but no internet. Worthless.
I can connect to the device, ATT-WIFI Nexus device but it will not acquire the internet. So there is no point in wasting money on this garbage. Their support are no help-- they keep telling you to do the same thing, expecting different results. Too stupid to support the garbage product.

They charge you double the amount they advertise on their website, the product rarely connects and it doesn't matter how you send the product back (I kept the box exactly as sent to me) and someone has the ability to say whether or not the product stinks when it comes back or that it is dirty beyond cleaning

I sent the equipment back within the…
I sent the equipment back within the time frame and they still charged me $300 device fee because they said it was "dirty" which made it UN-USEABLE. ITS A COMPLETE CROCK OF CRAP. They refuse to give a refund and I have referred people to them and will be letting them know that they steal your money with unauthorized transactions!!!

I cannot give it zero stars. Worst company around! Please save your money and get something better, we did and giving them money to not use them was the best financial decision I’ve made this year. It will cost you 400 bucks to send the router back and some people just cannot afford it. They basically claim to defer the cost of equipment as long as you use it. It’s definitely on the line of a scam. Please beware.
