On the 27th March 2026 I was recommissioned to re-new a blog post promoting this company on my blog, rocknrollerbaby. The SEO middlemen who recommissioned entered into a binding contract with me through their correspondence but afterwards refused to pay saying they had changed their mind. I wrote to Holy Clothing directly to inform them and have had no response so the upshot is there is advertising sat on my blog, where work has been carried out by myself at the agreement of the middlemen employed by Holy Clothing and yet payment has not been made. They owe me, as per agreed, for my time and skill set, not to mention advertising space. So far no one has even responded to me from Holy Clothing and the middle men refuse to pay. I have sent countless outstanding bill reminders to the middle men no avail. I would seriously consider the ethics of businesses that employ such tactics. I would like to reach out to Holy Clothing to contact me (rocknrollerbaby @ hotmail .co .uk) to settle their bill meaning I can rectify this review.

Poor customer service! "Carla" was very difficult to interact with. She had trouble processing my situation, even though I took the trouble to explain through multiple emails. I had ordered the Lorien Maxi in XL Tall, since I'm 5'10". it cost $185 plus $15 shipping. The dress arrived and it was far too long. At that time, the HolyClothing website's online exchange process was not functioning. I sent an email to HolyClothing's customer service email, explaining what I needed, my tight deadline for the specific event for which I bought the dress, and that I wanted to compare the two dresses, choose one and send the other back for a refund. It took a few emails to get Carla to comprehend my needs. At least I thought she had understood. Carla had said she would refund $15 since I was essentially doing an exchange. Meanwhile, based on my conversation with her and keeping to my needed deadline, I ordered the regular Lorien Maxi, spending another $185 +$15. When the second dress arrived, I did exactly what I had told her I was going to do, I compared the dresses, and sent one back. I was expecting a refund of $185. At first, when that second dress was received, Carla sent a notification that the company would start work on a third dress - completely ignoring everything that had been discussed through prior emails. Fortunately I was able to get her to cancel the third dress. However, when the refund email arrived, Carla informed me that the refund would be $170, instead of $185, essentially taking back the $15 I had initially been refunded for the exchange. Carla's argument was that I didn't do an exchange, I had made two separate orders. This is so frustrating, given the already established sequence of events and the HolyClothing website's lack of capacity for doing exchanges at the time of my order. I feel that there is an element of dishonesty in Carla's choice to take back the $15 refund. My last email to Carla has gone unanswered. Give the current outcome of the situation, and this poor customer service, I would not feel comfortable continuing to support the HolyClothing business. It's far too difficult and frustrating to communicate with them.

Dress arrived with a hole in the zipper. Offered $15 for me to go somewhere to get it fixed when I paid $180. Wouldn't even let me do an exchange.

Saved up $130 for a lovely looking dress and when it arrived the sleeves and skirt were black instead of green as shown in the website pictures. Customer service was friendly and said it could be returned or exchanged but the returns portal was down and my only option would be to return via UPS which would cost £60. Not worth buying, if they send you the wrong item or a defective item its pretty much the cost of the dress to send it back

Holes in clothing. See through underdress. Poor quality. Only offer a $15 refund for a dress that is over 250 Australian. Boggles the mind.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
