J'ai cliqué sur un site pour acheter un herbicide et je me retrouve avec un abonnement à cette société que je ne connais pas. On m'a promis un remboursement que j'attends toujours depuis fin juillet!

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Hobbynix to be extremely careful and to check exactly what they are agreeing to before making a payment. I authorised a payment for a specific amount, but subsequently found that I had been charged additional amounts that I did not knowingly authorise. I also discovered that I had apparently been signed up to a membership that I do not recall agreeing to. I contacted Hobbynix immediately to request cancellation and a refund. Despite explaining clearly that I had not knowingly agreed to the membership or the additional charges, they initially refused to refund me in full. I asked them to provide evidence of when and how I had agreed to the membership and recurring payments. Their response was that they were unable to provide the detailed sign-up evidence I requested, while only offering to refund the most recent transaction. My bank has also been involved and has flagged the transactions as fraudulent. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and the difficulty in getting a straightforward resolution. I have now had to spend considerable time trying to resolve charges and a membership that I did not knowingly agree to. I would urge others to check the terms very carefully and keep a close eye on their bank statements when dealing with Hobbynix.

Je pensais acheter une lunette de wc et je n'avais pas vue qu'il y avait un abonnement. Comme je ne suis pas une adepte des achats sur internet j'ai annulé cet abonnement et je me suis fait remboursée mon produit sans difficultés
