Took my money and ran with it!
Took my money and ran with it! I had €34 of credit sitting in my Waldo account and one day my orders just stopped working. No warning, no notification, nothing. When I contacted support I was told the company had ceased operations in the UK and EU and partnered with Specsavers. Fine, businesses close. But here's the problem: they refused to refund my credit. They also refused to transfer it anywhere or let me use it with another provider. So my money is just gone. Support claimed an email went out to all customers before they closed. I never received it, and I wasn't the only one. The first I knew of any of this was my orders suddenly failing. Taking real money as "credit" and then keeping it when you shut the doors isn't a business closing gracefully. It's keeping customers' money with no way to get it back. Disappointing end from a company I actually used to like.

I love Waldo
I love Waldo. Affordable and great quality contacts, I have never had issues with their contacts. I ride dirt bikes so I have tried a lot of brands and they dry out mid ride often but not Waldo.

I loved Waldo, their contacts were good quality, soft, not once did my eyes get dried or irritated. Good value and discounts! I hope they come back because I will definitely switch over!

The good ones always go…
I love that they offered the B12 lenses and hydrating eye drops specifically for your contact lenses! I was sad to see they had to close operations. I need them back on the market!

One of my favorite long time contacts lenses supplier. Often have great value of the deal but sadly to see them close down the business
