Despite completing all required compliance steps, providing identification, and supplying on-chain verification proving transaction ownership under Support Ticket #1670257, my account remains locked and my funds restricted. Case Overview & Evidence Platform: HitBTC Exchange Associated Support Ticket ID: #1670257 (Referenced via active email correspondence with HitBTC support, legal, and compliance departments) Verified Deposit Evidence Provided as Proof: Bitcoin Network Transfer: Blockchain.com Transaction Hash verifying the transfer of 0.07094695 BTC executed on December 16, 2017. XRP Ledger Transfer: XRPL Explorer Transaction Hash verifying a 1,600.00 XRP deposit processed on February 3, 2018 (historically acknowledged by HitBTC support as matching account records). Regulatory Action: Formal reports and complaints have been officially filed through the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), notified to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and registered with the Hong Kong Police Force (e-Report Reference: ERC2608122119439). Community Warning & Call to Action HitBTC support and compliance team: Ticket #1670257 contains all the necessary historical transaction proofs and compliance verifications. Locking out users and dragging out support loops to immobilize capital is unacceptable. If you are holding funds or trading on HitBTC, proceed with extreme caution.

Holding $548 hostage & ignoring Account Offboarding requests (Ticket #1670599)
I am a fully KYC-verified user. HitBTC is currently holding my remaining balance of $548 USDT hostage in an endless, automated compliance loop. They requested a Source of Funds report for deposits I made back in 2020 via WebMoney. WebMoney was sanctioned, blocked, and permanently shut down in my country years ago. It is physically impossible to log in and get the dashboard screenshots they demand. I provided the only surviving evidence: official, unedited email receipts of my crypto purchases matching my verified KYC name. Their automated support bots rejected this and demand 5-year-old "withdrawal emails" with specific hashes, which simply do not exist. Realizing this is a dead end, I formally requested Account Offboarding (to permanently close my account and manually withdraw my funds). HitBTC support completely ignored this legal request and just sent the exact same copy-paste automated template again. They are using impossible requirements from a defunct platform to keep user funds. Be warned. Ticket #1670599.
