I love the product
I love the product. Any issue ive had has been met with a very quick response. I have constantly gambled whether to price was worth the investment, but it has been my favorite since the day i bought it.

This is the worst of all companys I had to do with so far! You can NOT send your order back due to they using legal loopholes! They also trying to prevent people from spreading how bad it is in forms of they not allowing you to make a review on Amazon for example if you did not buy the product there. Also instead of improving their silly products, they now selling you a black mat for over 100€, just for their machines to stay better (they do not stand fully still) while you use them, lol. Totally insane company Edit: Incredible, Hismith flagged my review for containing "harmful or illegal" content, which is a confession to what I said, but did not bow for them and let my review stay, thank you!:)

Poor customer service, slow (expensive) shipping, underwhelming products…
I just began ordering from HISMITH and I got to say, I’m not at all impressed and now regret most of my purchases. Where do I begin? Customer service (based out of Hong Kong) is sorely lacking… I paid a big price to have expedited shipping here to the U.S., was supposed to take about 3 days and yet an entire week went by without even getting a tracking number! They did send the order out, but it arrived 8 days later. For that “speed” and considering I spent a couple thousand dollars, I shouldn’t have paid anything!! And FYI, on Amazon, I got my first order within 2-3 days and paid zero in shipping… will never order from their website again (I only did this last time because the items weren’t all available on Amazon). Next, some of the quality of products is also lacking. I ordered their foot rest for the 4.0 s*x machine… when it arrived, I noticed the important parts that hold the foot rest onto the machine were made of cheap plastic… and one of the plastic pieces broke after only 10 mins of use. Totally unacceptable to charge us premium prices but use junky Chinese plastic for heavy duty machines! What else… the d!ldos feel cheap but are crazy expensive. Last but not least, I ordered the metal stand so that my machine can be used while I am in a bed (sits higher)… this stand which probably uses $25 of materials cost $400… why?? It also has plastic pieces mixed with metal so we’ll see how it holds up. Currently, it’s not yet put together as I took it out of the box and noticed there are no directions, parts list, nothing but a couple far away pictures on a piece of paper showing it assembled with a couple warning messages. Do you people really think a $400 product which needs assembly shouldn’t come with directions or at the very least, a QR code to see the directions online?? What a terribly managed, amateur feeling company. EDIT: Most of the positive reviews I have scrolled through are very obviously written by employees of this company… you can tell by them emphasizing their “great customer service” repeatedly, use of certain words like “kind” or “kindly” which is a word they use in their replies, and the fact that the reviews sound almost like an infomercial script… this alone makes them dishonest and not worthy of any more of my hard earned money!
