Avoid like the plague!!!!
I purchase two of the Coolizi Coolzy “air conditioners” at some expense but when they eventually arrived some 3 plus weeks later they were nothing but a glorified fan that hardly produced a breath of air, let alone cold air! I have sent them back at my expense as per their conditions but despite numerous emails have yet to be refunded. The latest offer is for $17 and for me to keep the items which are now back with them! This is definitely a scam company so my advice is to stay well clear of anything associated with Hilipert (or Totsoo - another name they use)

I got my refund
I got my refund So I had ordered this really cool replica of an old NYC phone booth. It was really cool as advertised. But I received a piece of junk plastic garbage. I tried reasoning with them on a refund but they said I needed to ship it back to CHINA! It would've cost more than what I paid which was sixty dollars. I was sick of arguing with these people so I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and got a FULL REFUND! Anyone who has purchased something from HILIPERT, or Fanli, they use numerous websites to help them scam people out of their money. I suggest you file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau, the more we fight back, hopefully we'll get these people shut down. The funny thing is, when I sent them my last email informing them that I was getting my refund, they replied the same old thing, that my refund wouldn't be sent until I sent the item back. So I took a screenshot of my refund that already had been cleared in my bank account and told the rude person I'd been dealing with that I guess at their pay grade they don't get informed much. I gotta tell you, it felt SO GOOD getting that money back. That customer service dude was so arrogant it felt good rubbing it in his face!!! Take my advice, contact the Better Business Bureau, give them the company's name and all the information they need to process the claim. I had my money back in my bank three days later. Let's put these scam company's out of business. If enough of us file claims against them the Better Business Bureau will shut them down for mail fraud, and better yet INTERNATIONAL MAIL FRAUD. Don't let them get away with your hard earned money. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when that rude customer service dude sees that I already got my money back .

TOTALLY PHONY COMPANY. 'AIR CONDITIONER' IS A COMPLETE FAKE AD WHEN I WENT TO RETURN PRODUCT TO SHENZHEN CHINA COST WAS MORE THAN 1/2 THE PRICE OF ITEM. WHY INTERNET SITES ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO ADVERTISE IS A CRIME IN ITSELF.!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM,PERIOD!!!!

Nie wieder!
Nie wieder! Leider habe ich die Bewertungen zu spät gesehen. Ich habe ein Klimagerät mit dem Namen Coolizi Coolzy bei hilipert.com bestellt, geliefert wurde ein minderwertiges Modell, das nicht dem gewünschten bzw. bestellten Modell entspricht, es kühlt nicht und es macht einen äußerst billigen Eindruck. Die Firma Coolzy teilt mir mit, dass Gerät kann nicht von Coolzy sein. Deren Namen wird unberechtigter Weise benutzt.

I would give them No star if I could. I ordered a product that with shipping cost me $60 it was of an old New York City phone booth. It looked beautiful as advertised. What they sent me was a piece of garbage that looks like a 3-year-old could have made it. It was plastic with a piece of plastic fake looking hand receiver, there were no graffiti signs on the plastic like was advertised. This company is nothing but a scam when I tried to get my money back they told me that they would give me $8 on an order I paid almost $60 for. When I argued with them they said they would give me $15 and I could keep their piece of trash. Do not order from this company you will regret it. It's nothing but a big scam. And because it's sent from China they would charge you a lot for shipping so they know that most people won't spend that money to send it back I am seriously thinking about suing this company to get my money back because they will not even respond anymore! Worst business transaction ever. Nothing but trash and nasty replies.
