Bought a printer and yes it was cheap
Bought a printer and yes it was cheap! No wonder the amount of ink it used! So got an ink subscription from the which I later cancelled, I still have some ink left but now it’s stop working and a message comes up saying cartridges only work with an active subscription! Cheeky xxxxxxx so going to change it, they can control it. Be careful

I upgraded from HP Photosmart 5520…
I upgraded from HP Photosmart 5520 printer to the HP Smart Tank 5107, Now this is a very honest review, HP smart Tank 5107 is a total waste of money, I use photoshop to edit all my images and when sent to print,..= out of line and contrast is very dark, Not a good printer, I have used the printer strings but is miles different on a true print = crap and a total waste of money

Apauling experience. cut off 3 times, no answers x 2 - then when i get through after taking all my details they try and sell me instant ink -before cutting me off again...

If 0 stars were possible, this is what HP would score
2 April - told that an expensive screen repair would take 9-10 days. Booked inon that basis (it was urgent) 8 April - received receipt from HP for laptop 22 April - chased HP, told that it would be possible to return laptop within 3 working days - to be confirmed by a call. No call received Chased again multiple times. Each time commitments made but nothing happened. Finally received confirmation on 5 May that computer had been on hold in error due to admin confusion their end. Wrote emails of complaint, no response. Also on 5 May the order status mysteriously changed to show that the defective item (which they had in their possession) was due to be collected from us. 15 May - we have received an email to say that they will close the order within 2 working days if they don't hear from us about sending a laptop which I've already informed them is in their possession. We have had to buy a new laptop as it was impacting daughter's completion of her course around deadlines. We are now in the process of contacting Trading Standards. Absolutely unbelievable.

System would not accept my new card details
Yet another phone call to update my card information on my Instant Ink account which did not work! I was on the phone for nearly an hour trying all sorts of things to no success. One attempt failed as the colleague could not proceed as her process would not work on my Apple laptop! If something is not done soon my account will be in jeopardy due to failed payments. I suggested that I give her my card information to update on my behalf but she wouldn't agree to that.
