Herbies great products and costumer services just don't sign into their discord platform it has over 2000 people using it but very few active if your a beginner you will be ridiculed and mocked by those who think they are at the top of their game but in reality self important morons if you are a bit different due to climate or space and other variables you will even get nasty private messages sent to your dm no difference between this and other social media platforms keyboard warriors

Beware Aussie people
Beware Aussie people! This company will take your money and never give you what you paid for. Refunds do not exist and very poor customer service. I've been taken for $500. Don't buy anything from this company. No tracking number and no email correspondence.

Well I wasn't able to get passed the ordering process. I tried to by a standard ten pack that listed at 109.00 then jumped to 180+. I chatted with Olethia who was no help at all offered only that 180+was before discounts ok but other discounts were not automatically calculated. It's bait and switch operation which I thought was illegal.

Herbies seeds mi ha inviato dei semi che non valgono nulla.non e' la prima volta che provo a prendere semi da loro.la prima volta l erba che e' cresciuta non valeva niente ( bruce banner auto) e la seconda volta su 5 semi ne sono germinati solo 2.mi sembra un po troppo.oltre tutto avevo ordinato dei semi di Barneys farm e mi sono arrivati dentro un sacchettino anonimo.erano semi loro ed infatti non valevano nulla.quello che fanno io lo chiamo: fare bidoni e facendo pagare i loro semi come buoni e spacciandoli x semi collaudati di banche famose.state attenti.ci sono tante banche semi che danno quello che promettono: Barneys farm, Fast buds, Zamnesia, Royal queen seeds........STATE ATTENTI. tutte le recensioni positive sono fatte da gente loro.

Beware not as it seems
Beware…. I ordered oregano and immediately after ordering I requested for any subscription to be cancelled. This was ignored and they emailed month later to say my next product was being delivered. I contacted to say I didn’t have nor want a subscription and no longer live at the address. My bank stopped future orders and opened a dispute and then they responded offering a refund if I returned. I went to the house and new owners confirmed no delivery. There is no evidence of delivery and they offer 30% refund as a good will gesture! Never again! Untrustworthy, poor customer service and the product doesn’t meet the claims. Many reviewers highlight claims of delivery when no product arrives.
