Spent an awful lot of money with this…
Spent an awful lot of money with this company for them to ask me for further verification of who I was, then cancelled my order with out my confirmation, not helpful and when taking so much money of me and not providing a product deciding to issue a refund of there own back, stay away many other sellers in the country that will happily take my money! Rudest customer service I have ever experienced

Edit: my response to Herbalize's response - yet again being made out as if in lying. I saw with my own two eyes, it said "Estimated arrival: Monday". No one in their right mind would see that on their order, and then think "well, better check the shipping fine print just in, case they're lying". This response that you see by them is literally the exact same lies they tried spinning when I was emailing them. It wasn't Royal Mails mistake, and I'm incredibly tired of being made out to be a liar by some basement dweller running a dropshipping site that's ran off AI. The 24% of 1-star reviews on this website should tell you EVERYTHING. -------------- Worst customer experience I've ever experienced. On Saturday I placed an order, and on the order screen it estimated my delivery to arrive on Monday, which was surprising but that's what the order page said. Monday comes around and the item only gets shipped at 2pm. I take the day off work Tuesday to accept delivery, and the delivery person didn't even bother to knock. When I rang Royal Mail to correct it, I was told I have the wrong tracking number and they require a different address than I have to confirm redelivery. I then contacted Herbalize only to find out their entire customer service is ran by an AI and one person, meaning you'll only actually get a response via email between 4pm and 11pm, officially. They state they reply to "several" emails a day, and sometimes even stay on until midnight. Wow, 8 hours of customer service a day that only comes online when most post offices are already shut! And "several" email replies? Cool, the bare minimum for an email based customer service centre. Olivia was very unhelpful, and just kept reiterating "the website says 1-3 days delivery from shipment", even though it literally said the estimated date of arrival would be Monday. They couldn't do anything because it was in Royal Mails hands. Royal Mail couldn't do anything because I was given the senders tracking number, not the recipients. And after all that, I finally received my vape and I can't believe I spent nearly £60 on a flimsy ass plastic piece of crap that I could have probably picked up for £20 if I had shopped around. More fool me for trying to support a small business. Save your money and time, avoid this dropshipping shite at all costs
