Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Their customer service is a nightmare
Their customer service is a nightmare! I ordered from them, and they wrote the address wrong; the items could not be delivered. Nobody replied! They list several numbers but nobody ever replied. there is a reason why companies go bankrupt

Double standards
This company applies double standards. If you purchase shoes on the German Version of their Website, prices are in EUR including sales tax (MwSt in German). If you are however from an English speaking country like the US, the price is not just converted at the current currency rate. They significantly bump up the prices by 100$ and more. The German Tax is not applicable to buyers from outside the EU and should be removed. However this company charges you the taxes nonetheless. Last but not least they charge you a hefty shipping fee which is higher than usual international package shipment fees (e.g. DHL). If you are a buyer from the US, you end up with a significantly higher price than buying on the German Version of their Website. A company that's applying such double standards is untrustworthy and frankly it feels like scam artists. I would not recommend to buy. Buyer beware!

We are not all the same
Unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed with their commercial policy. The site sells shoes in a rather high price range, but despite being European (German to be precise) the prices in euros are only for the German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), while for all the others, you have to pay in dollars, just to better understand the concept of a united Europe, even if only commercially. Then we add that the cost in dollars is increased by 25-30% to which we must also add the exchange rate it is obvious that there is no convenience to purchase if you are not part of the Austro-Hungarian territory. Obviously the value of the euros of other countries is different from the value of the German euros ...
