I am extremely disappointed with the Healbe GoBe 3 tracker. I bought it for my birthday in Germany — it cost me 200 euros, which is a significant expense. Naturally, I expected it to deliver on its promises: accurate tracking of burned and absorbed calories, as claimed on the official website. I would have accepted a small margin of error — say, around 11%. But what I got was nowhere near acceptable. Yes, it tracks heart rate, sleep, and stress fairly well — but these features aren’t essential to me. I bought this tracker for reliable activity and calorie tracking, and here it fails completely. The calorie burn data is absurd. On days when I walked over 20,000 steps and days when I barely moved around the house, the tracker showed almost the same calories burned. That’s nonsense. When I asked support why this happens, they simply asked, “What exactly confuses you?” — as if my question was the problem. As for absorbed calories, it’s even more ridiculous. I carefully track what I eat — on days when I consumed 1400 kcal, the app showed that I absorbed 2000. Support replied that the body can absorb calories from internal reserves. But what’s the use of this data if it doesn’t reflect real intake? This metric becomes meaningless and useless for weight management. Hydration tracking is no better. I consistently drink 1.5–2 liters of water daily, carrying a 1-liter thermos that I refill twice. Still, some days it shows “normal,” other days — “low.” It feels random, and again, support has no explanation. In short, this tracker doesn’t do what it claims. My efforts are ignored, my data is misrepresented, and support is dismissive. I regret this purchase and do not recommend it.

The Smartest Band I’ve Ever Worn
As someone who’s into health tech, I’ve tried just about every fitness wearable out there. Most are great at counting steps. A few offer sleep tracking. But GoBe3 by HEALBE is in a category of its own. It’s the only non-invasive health monitor I’ve used that tracks hydration, stress, sleep, calorie intake, and metabolism fully automatically. It gives me real-time data about what’s going on in my body and it’s helped me tune into patterns I didn’t even know were there. I started using it to push my step count up and stay more active during the week. But now I rely on it to know when I’m under-recovered, dehydrated, or burning more energy than I’ve eaten. It's like a biohacker’s dream come true.

Es ist noch nicht mal klar ob das gerät funktioniert. Aber darum geht es jetzt nicht. Die firma arbeitet mit umprofessionellen paketzustellern. Mir wurde der doppelte zoll verrechnet weil jemand in der lieferkette nicht fähig war meine bestellung korrekt anzuführen. Finger weg, nur Ärger. Hätte beinahe die Zollbehörden vor der Tür gehabt. I had to pay extra fees because their delivery partner messed with the papers. Because all their mail is classified as spam I could have easily missed all the mess that came with this and could have been investigated by the customs authorities. Really not worth the trouble.

Gobe2 and the concept of tracking food
The product is smart and I don’t understand why it is not yet developed in a smarter way . No connection with other products or app and no style enhancement . Let s face it the first 2 versions had a better design than the digital version of gobe3 which is simply styless. I love it even the batteries issues of gobe and gobe2 is absolutly e non sense ( I don t know about gobe3) the main question is: is it possible to track Income macronutrient? Then it seems to me that when the watch tells u to drink it’s not based on ur dehydraTation level but just every 2 hours….. even the Cusomer Service is good the commercial Options are close to pointless . Still wanna buy the gobe3 ….. maybe a gobe4 will be closer to design that fit our times? I am writing this because the really need to wake up and make this product a top product . I love the product but a bit disappointed if I compare it with the big brothers of the market …… how come so many differences in the results …… should it not be a standardization of the data? As per clinically data we all know that all is really far from truth but may help / they really should be sync to lumen! The aims are similar
