I would give ZERO stars for the junk they sent
I would give ZERO stars. Buyer beware. This website ships from China. The hat I received is nothing like the website describes. The hat is made of plastic and ribbons. Extremely low quality and not Made in Ecuador like the website states.

Tread carefully.
Two hats arrived damaged,both packed without adequate protection. Both hats looked like they were throwaway cheap holiday hats and did not look like the hats I ordered . I asked for a refund but was only offered 5 percent of the original cost and a return address in China should I not accept. I asked for the UK return address- no reply . I reported them to my bank . The seller then sent me three emails, one adorned with a red rose, one with a large red love heart and the final with a large red broken heart. The last two e mails pleaded with me to cancel my bank’s enquiries/actions stating that I would be paid in full if I cancelled my complaint . But … I would only get paid after I had stopped my dispute/complaint . I didn’t stop the dispute and the seller repaid the money to my bank . Good luck!!!
