Ordered an x large
Ordered an x large. There’s no way it was x large. Very very small Need to spend own money to Return it. Only with a store credit. No thanks. Lesson learned.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering
Unfortunately, I only checked after having this experience. Had I done so before ordering, I would never have placed my order. I ordered two Monaco Coastal Sets in size L. One arrived with a label clearly showing XXL and 100% polyester. On the other set, the relevant size/material label had been cut off or removed, so I could not verify its actual size or material composition. The material was another major disappointment. The product images gave me the impression of a textured, linen-like fabric. What I received was completely smooth polyester, with the apparent textile structure looking printed rather than actually woven into the fabric. I contacted Harbor & Thorne several times and specifically pointed out that I had ordered L but received an item labelled XXL. Nevertheless, they refused to refund my original payment method and offered only store credit. What I find particularly concerning is that, only afterwards, I discovered numerous reviews from other customers describing remarkably similar experiences – including ordering size L and receiving XL, synthetic materials differing from expectations, and difficulties obtaining refunds. I can only describe my own experience, but based on that experience I would strongly recommend checking the independent reviews before ordering from Harbor & Thorne. I certainly would not order from them again.

We recently ordered two button up shirts and a pair of shoes for my partner. The shirts were ordered in size large and arrived as two XL. We contacted the company and they stated that they have “European sizing“ and this is how they send their shirts. We disputed this saying, this is incorrect sizing, and therefore should be eligible for refund by their return policy. They then stopped contacting us all together. Beyond that, even if they were the right size, these T-shirts are synthetic fabric of very low quality. The shirts we ordered were supposed to be woven Cotton – linen blend. The photos made them appear like there were two fabrics stitch together. The shirt is entirely printed and synthetic and a very low quality. This store is a complete scam. Do not order from them.

I ordered a hooded adult top
I ordered a hooded adult top. When it arrived it was about the size to fit a small 8 year old. Do not fall for this company. I returned the top for credit and never heard from them again. Unreliable scammers!!
