Do not buy!
Do not buy!! Bait and switch. Hazardous and unusable resin mugs. The metal lip goes over the mug, creating a sharp, hazardous metal piece that can cut the lip. I reached out to customer service asking for a resolution. They have done nothing but gaslight and question the order - and state that they “don’t take returns”. I asked for a resolution, not specifically a return.

I ordered Mineral crystal mugs and received resin mugs. The online chat function is non-existent and trying to email customer service has been horrible. I will never again purchase from this company and I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Don’t buy from Happygiftss
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from this company. They sent me garbage mugs that look nothing like what they advertised. In addition, they advertised the mugs to hold at least 12 oz of liquid, what they hold is 1/2 cup. I’ve gone back and forth with them via email to no avail. PayPal is involved now.

Not at all what I expected
Not at all what I expected! I was so excited to give these as a gift! I will not be giving them as a gift though! Not anything like they looked like in the picture! They are ugly and I’m so disappointed! I waited for 6 weeks to get these crappy little cups!
