Fantastic choice of all sweets,the old traditional,retro etc.ordered twice now as first through tiktok and then second order on own website. Got 10% off second order and a freebie gift of a large sour spray which granddaughters will love.all sweets well packaged and labelled. I got variety of different things from aniseed balls and acid drops to fried eggs,green turtles etc. Was very quickly delivered and in a nice big box with bubble wrap inside. Highly recommend this business. Will be buying again next month. My mum(79) said the coffee flavoured toffees are lovely 😍

Zero responsibility for a poorly marketed product
Very disappointed with how my complaint was handled. Happy Candy couldn’t have done more to show they do not value their customers. I contacted customer services after receiving Liquorice Wheels that had an overwhelmingly mint-like taste. There was no aniseed flavour. Rather than acknowledging that this could reasonably be considered misleading, they repeatedly insisted it was simply my "subjective perception", despite multiple other people independently identifying the same dominant flavour. What frustrated me most was their complete unwillingness to see the issue from a customer's perspective. This was a simple, low-value complaint that could have been resolved with a small goodwill gesture, but instead every response was defensive and focused on rejecting my concerns rather than addressing them. I was eventually told their decision was "final" with a clear refusal to address the specific point I was raising. Good customer service isn't just about sticking rigidly to policy. It's about listening to customers and resolving issues fairly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. No intention to openly discuss the issue with the product or how it was marketed. This is a prime example of how NOT to deal with a polite, well mannered complaint.
