quality is so poor
quality is so poor, the wood on cat tree came misaligned and the basket already peeling off as soon as we got it. reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a reply.

Soft and gorgeous!
So impressed by the quality of the cat tower. Soft, easy to assemble, and my kitty loves it so much. Took a while to receive it, but totally worth the wait. Thank you so much!!

I need to tell you about how sweet and helpful customer service was, okay! I emailed H&P because I was interested in purchasing a cat tree and got a discount code via email. I was excited, because it was something that I'd wanted to purchase for a *very* long time. But! The coupon code didn't work. I was confused, and reached out to customer service via email. And wouldn't you know it, these absolute sweeties got back to me and offered help with troubleshooting the matter. Turns out, we figured out that the coupon code had expired! Not only did Sini offer help with solving the issue of not getting the discount, but they also expedited my shipping so that I could have my first Happy & Polly cat tree to decorate my very lonely home office with. So now! I'm funneling the discount into the next purchase via a tip. Because thank you. You're all incredible. <3

I love the plant based tofu litter
I love the plant based tofu litter. My baby boy came from using Pretty Litter and I liked it because it would track his health through his urine but, I found out crystal litter is bad for him and it was causing him asthma so I did my research and found the absolute game changer. I love the smell of tofu litter. The coffee beans do a great job at masking the scent. Hands down best litter. I am in love and I know he is so happy too. I love the clumping and how fast the delivery process is. The prices are great and I know that I found his go to litter. Couldn’t be more grateful 100/10
