Finding the right property is one thing; finding the right people to help you find it is something else entirely. And this is where this agency really stands out! Our experience with Andrew, Aitana, Shani and the whole team has been exceptional. What we love most is that they don’t try to fit you into a predefined box. They take the time to understand who you are, what you need, and explore the possibilities. They cover a really impressive range of properties, from different locations and styles to very different budgets, so you never feel that you are only being shown what is easiest or most obvious. Even better, they bring knowledge and perspective to the process and advising you beyond simply the property itself. Everyone in the team is professional and extremely knowledgeable, but at the same time genuinely friendly, approachable and refreshingly human. Shani and Andrew have clearly created something special here providing a customer experience that you don’t often find in real estate. For anyone looking to buy in the area, we would wholeheartedly recommend them!

We first met Andrew and the Hamilton…
We first met Andrew and the Hamilton Homes team at A Place in the Sun Live in Manchester in February 2026. We had a really lovely chat with Andrew, who helped us realise that buying a property on the Costa del Sol was actually within our budget. When we next visited the area in April, the team had arranged viewings for several properties that matched exactly what we were looking for. They were incredibly patient and supportive, helping us explore different options until we found our perfect property. Andrew even took the time to drive us around the local areas so we could get our bearings and get a real feel for where we might like to buy. From making our offer right through to completion, the Hamilton Homes team were there every step of the way. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. They even kindly held onto our keys until we were able to fly out and collect them ourselves. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported and looked after. We would highly recommend Hamilton Homes to anyone considering buying a property on the Costa del Sol. First Class property viewing experience
We had decided to look for a holiday property in Spain on the Costa Del Sol, having seen Hamilton Homes featured on the Channel 4 programme we made contact with them via email. Aitana responded quickly asking for our requirements & set up a video call with Andrew Hamilton the week before we arrived to understand what we are looking for. As someone who is very particular regarding organisation I was blown away by how well organised and efficient the 2 days were planned, we saw 10 properties on day 1 and all of them matched our criteria, the same for day 2 where we focussed on new developments. Our guide for the 2 days was Nerea, not only was it a pleasure to spend time with her but her knowledge was fantastic. We were also joined during the 2 days by Andrew Hamilton who has 20 years experience in the area and the evenings we were whatsapp’ing with questions and Shani was replying straight away, they were so accommodating that in fact our viewings went into a third day. Most important of all, my wife & myself never felt rushed or that we were being sold to. We now have a much better idea of what we want and we will be back again soon to find the right property with Hamilton Homes.

Fantastic Service
We visited Spain to view properties for the first time in April! We had a zoom meeting with Andrew Hamilton for him to ascertain what we were looking for and then he and his wonderful team organised our two day visit. The organisation and dedication of the team to organise such a fruitful and useful trip was beyond impressive. We returned not finding our perfect property but knowing exactly the location we want to buy and the type of property. We feel we are close to our dream, thanks entirely to Andrew, Shani and the team at Hamilton Homes
