I worked with Kai and Sam and all I can say is wow! Mostly Kai and Sam filled in while Kai was out. Best experience I've ever had being hired and onboarded. They maintained exceptional communication every step of the way. I've never had such transparency during hiring and interviews. It was refreshing to be treated like an adult with information I didn't need to ask for or wonder about throughout the entire process. They get it. They know it can be stressful and the took all the stress out of it. I thoroughly enjoyed the promptness and excellent communication between Kai and Sam. I didn't have to repeat myself on anything. They communicated well prior to communicating with me and it was seamless no matter who I talked to. No noise. Always on the same page. There were moments where I'd wonder if there have been any developments in the interview process and then a moment later my phone would ring and it was Kai or Sam giving me a detailed update while asking how I felt thus far in the process. Eventually I was provided an offer that I accepted and Sam even negotiated slightly higher salary for me with terms we discussed prior which the company had accepted. They also continue to reach out after being hired to make sure you are still happy in your position and if there is anything they can assist with. Highly recommended and super glad I got Kai and Sam at Hamilton Barnes. What a relief these two have been!

Andrew T was very professional and supportive throughout the whole recruitment process. He understood both the role and my background well, kept me updated at each stage, and was always responsive when I had questions.
