Top Notch Facility
I was super impressed with their attention to detail and communication before as well as after the procedure. The facility is top notch and everyone there is very qualified. They made the experience much easier and less stressful.

I did it!!!
If you're reading this you're probably considering a hair transplant or have decided to do it and now just searching for the right clinic to have the procedure done. I choose Zen Hairpol Clinic for my procedure. I vetted numerous clinic put like you reading reviews really narrowed the choices for me. Once I filled out the interest form online I was contacted by Aisha. What a gem of an employee! She responded to all my inquires, and boy did I have a lot. It was a little difficult at times as we had an 11hr difference in time. Though to my surprise she was always there for me. Everything about this journey was excellent. From the pick up at the airport, delivery to the hotel, (which was by the way over the top beautiful, along with the morning buffet breakfast) numerous trips to the clinic and then back to the airport. The day of my procedure I was greeted by Naida who was my first contact at the clinic. She was great as she spoke really good English. She gave me a quick tour and then introduced me to the whole team, Dr Murat, Seda, Furkan and the office manager Mr. Furkan. We had a pre operation meeting where the Dr. designated the donor area and drew the hairline as to how he saw it. What was really cool he ask how I felt about the imaginary hairline. I suggested how I wanted it and some minor adjustments were made. Once we were in agreement the process started. It's a no joke procedure and a very long one. I arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 4:30pm. Short break in-between for lunch. The hardest part for me was laying on my stomach for maybe 3 hrs during the removal of the hair follicles from the donor area. The two technicians (Seda & Furkan )worked together seamlessy all this time. Once that was completed Dr Murat expertly made the incision for the graphs followed by Seda & Furkan putting the graphs in place. Very tedious work as each graph is done one by one. I am 6 days post surgery and doing really good. I can already see the hair growing which is awesome. Kudos to Dr Murat and the entire staff for taking such good care of me. You can tell this group is very tight knit and they all seem to enjoy their job. So accommodating, they were always checking on me. Do you feel pain? do you need anything? bathroom, water? etc... Thanks for the wonderful hair transplant. Can't wait to see the final results!

Wonderful experience
My first contact was with Aisha and she was completely attentive to me, giving me her full attention, she answered all my questions and helped me with everything. This was a gift for my fiance who is very happy and looking forward to seeing the final result. She really made everything easy, from start to finish. Thank you Aisha. You are incredible. My fiancé doesn't feel any pain even after the surgery, he is feeling well without any pain, all the people involved are extremely professional, the clinic is very clean and organized which makes it very safe. We loved the experience, I followed the entire process with my fiancé and we have nothing to complain about, just thank the entire Hairpol team.

Hairpol is awesome
My first contact with Hairpol was with Aisha who ended up being my liason throughout my transplant process. All of my questions were answered promptly and she made me feel comfortable and worry free with everything. She truly made everything easy, start to finish. Thank you Aisha. You're awesome. Although I have no other experience to compare this to, I feel everyone involved was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Furkan was was more than helpful with providing information and advice. I was nervous that my procedure was going to be rushed since it started so late in the afternoon (after 4:30 pm), however that was not the case. The team completed my procedure around 1:30 am and then still kept me there for an additional half hour to explain after procedure care. I was also given a choice on how they could proceed with my transplant and I was offered their professional opinion. I am very pleased with their performance and very pleased with my results.
