COMPLETE SCAM!!
COMPLETE SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Talked into spending $4k stating they were going to make a "special lotion based on my wifes DNA test". It takes WEEKS to get the results back from the DNA test and all it stated was take 1mg of Minoxidil when she has been on 2.5 mg for years! They offer a 10 DAY REFUND Policy but what good does that do when the test takes over 2 weeks to get back??!! They said we're sorry we can't do more and said she is past her refund window! TRUST ME!!! DO NO GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!

If i can give them half of 1 star I will gladly give it. They are very deceitful, they don’t deliver good job. They use fake hair to cover your alopecia instead of providing solutions to grow your own hair. They make you look beautiful one day the next day your worse. They fix on me hair rejected by a client and asked me to 1500 for the real one i paid for. I paid 6000 for six months treatment but got nothing. My hair looks worse than when i took myself there. No one should go to hair club Dallas otherwise SORRY WILL BE YOUR NAME.

Last Tuesday, I went to the hospital. On Wednesday, I returned to work because I believe in showing up and doing my job. During my shift, my doctor called and told me they had found Stage 2 pancreatic cancer. I was devastated, but I stayed at work and continued taking calls. One call became difficult. The customer repeatedly asked the same questions, and despite my attempts to offer a complimentary consultation with one of our hair experts, she continued asking questions I didn’t have the answers to and refused to schedule an appointment. My mind was consumed by the life-changing news I had just received. I made the wrong decision to disconnect the call, and I take responsibility for that. Today, I was called into a conference room and informed that my employment was being terminated. There was no warning and no acknowledgment of what I had just learned about my health. What makes this especially difficult is that HairClub emphasizes empathy and compassion toward clients. I had hoped those same values would also extend to employees during one of the hardest moments of their lives. I sacrificed a great deal for this job, and today I leave feeling deeply disappointed. I wish everyone there the best.

DONT DO IT
DONT DO IT! Everyone knows that Minoxidil is a very temporary solution to hair loss. Stop taking it and you lose everything that you gained. I SPECIFICALLY said I wasn’t interested in Minoxidal during the consultation. I went ahead and signed the contract went ahead with the DNA testing to determine the best Rx for my specific hair loss. Of course the DNA results aren’t ready during the cancellation period. I returned to the office 23 days later (first available appointment). Guess what? The main ingredient is Minoxidil in my “custom” formula!!! Go to your local CVS and save THOUSANDS! I expressed my concern to the nurse practitioner who was useless. What a joke! Save your time and money!

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke! They ignore your emails and or phone calls. I have been waiting for over 3 months for replacement hair, which is absolutely ludicrous! Calls to corporate go unanswered and the local salon is rapidly loosing customer due to their ineptness!
