I will never buy an HP product again, I will not give HP as a gift. I want nothing to do with HP. WHY, The INK cost and the main reason is that after I bought ah HP printer, HP tells me I have to use their ink. Never again. I feel like HP is stealing from me. HP, you had your chance and you failed. Never again and I feel great.

Bought a defective desktop. As requested, I returned it and they charged a $90 restocking fee.

I have had numerous problems with HP deskjet printer 2910, eg not printing at all, getting messages saying no wifi connection when it is connected, cartridges not being recognised, only printing one page of something comprising of several pages when it is set for "all" and no explanation or suggestions offered. I am not surprised that when I bought it I was invited to pay for 24 hour technical advice for a year. This is needed. I have never needed that for any other printer before. When I do phone for the advice it is not available at weekends because the adviser has to phone HP Support for help and they are closed at weekends. I do my printing at weekends when I have time. I have never had printer problems before. The printer is a disaster.

Horrible company in every aspect. Hates theirs customers and is mocking them.

Probably the worst desktop I've ever owned (and I've had a few in my time). We bought an HP OmniDesk Slim PC in November 2026. It failed completely in March 2027 and was returned to HP for repair under warranty - it didn't augur well when the DPD driver arrived with a packing crate that was completely unsuited to the machine. The repair took a month (and HP's comms were pretty dire while we waited) and when it came back they'd replaced the motherboard and, of course, we'd lost any data that was on the drive. The repair lasted just over a month, before it failed again with all the same symptoms. They offered to repair it again, but as we were just inside the 6 month limit for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which I've quoted at them every time I've had contact with them) I requested a full refund. They eventually offered a new machine, but would not accept that it should be treated as a new purchase and hence be subject to the same 6 month period under the CRA. I refused this offer and they finally agreed to "buy back" the failed unit. Lo and behold, they screwed up the shipping arrangements (wrong day, so missed the collection) and the package was refused by the local UPS pick up point as the paperwork was inadequate as it's being shipped to Czechia for some reason. Currently waiting for another reply about the shipping, and no doubt will be left hanging for the refund as long as they dare. Avoid them like the plague, unless you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall repeatedly.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
