Please stay away I put a order in got nothing in 4 days even though I paid extra money for next day delivery to get a email to say orders take 4 days to pick and ship why have a option for next day I complained and had order cancelled lazy folk don’t use look at the poor customer service reviews Just saw poor reply of my words are doubted look at the rest of bad reviews

Never again.
I've ordered from Gymstop before and had a very good experience. However, this order couldn't have been more different. There was a little delay in getting the items shipped, but Gymstop did advise when the order was placed that it would take a little longer. I was expecting 2 boxes, but only one arrived. DPD said they hadn't received it yet from Gymstop, but Gymstop said the problem was with DPD, so who knows? The 2nd box finally arrived a few days later, and it was missing an item. I wrote to Gymstop and was advised that the item was marked as "shipped", so they would have to check the CCTV from the packing area. A few days went by and I wrote again for an update and was told that the item would be with me by the end of the week. Sadly, this time they used Evri as the delivery company...because we know how reliable Evri is. Needless to say, Evri has neglected to even attempt delivery for the last 2 days. Again, I wrote to Gymstop for an update. They said they'd look into it and...nothing. If I receive it at all (my last 3 Evri deliveries were lost, somewhere) it will be over 3 weeks since I placed the order. I'm not holding my breath. I won't be ordering from Gymstop again and I would not recommend.

Apparently CCTV proves what’s inside a sealed box at my front door!
If you enjoy paying for full orders and receiving partial deliveries, this is the company for you! I ordered multiple items, but key parts of the order simply didn’t arrive. Naturally, I contacted customer support to sort out a refund or a re-dispatch. Their response? A masterclass in customer service avoidance: they claimed they checked their internal CCTV footage, saw the items being packed into a basket, and therefore declared case closed. Because as we all know, a video of a basket being packed at a warehouse is undeniable, ironclad proof of what actually arrives on a customer's doorstep days later. Transit loss? Courier mishaps? Human error before sealing? Inconceivable. Instead of checking the actual courier dispatch weight or resolving a straightforward missing-item issue, they refused to refund or re-send the missing goods. Communication has reached a total dead end, so I have officially left the conversation and handed this over to my bank to recover the funds via a dispute. Save yourself the headache and buy from a retailer that understands the difference between packing an order and delivering one.
