No success and no support
I bought this over a year ago but gave up, I tried revisiting it a month or so ago and ran into the same issues I did a year ago. I put more effort into it this time but needed to reach out to their support. They were incredibly responsive to begin with while the queries were "easier". The last contact I had with them was 10 days ago where they told me to do something I was already doing, I replied to tell them I was already doing it and what else can they do to advise? Now I know what you may think, 10 days is not a lot, however when you go from daily (or mostly daily) replies and extreme responsiveness to nothing in 10 days and no response to 4 emails, it almost feels like they've run out of ideas and rather than step forward and hold their hands up, just ignore the email entirely. I have YET to log a successful trading algorithm as it's simply not working. There is also the issue that you are quite restricted from the setup, I.E. I wanted to change away from the Kraken exchange due to fees to make more profit, but am unable to do so without contacting support. But they are not replying, thus I am unable to trade. I feel no choice but to leave a review with my dissatisfaction. It's a shame, the program had serious potential.

Excellent value.
I found the support people very helpful. For a user unfamiliar with Linux, I would definitely suggest the Windows version if running it on a VPS. Gunbot has so many more features than the subscription-based bot platforms. Pay once, and use for life. There are ongoing expenses, like a VPS or a home computer running 24/7, but the value is definitely there if you compare the features available to those on subscription-based platforms.
