I am writing a part two to my review of guest ready in Porto,Portugal. The fact that you do not have competent phone assistance when there is an emergency in the middle of the night is terrible. There is no one on staff there at all. So the customer service should be outstanding and they were not even competent . When someone enters your room because they have an access code in the middle of the night to your supposedly secure room, that seems like an enormous problem and again totally unsafe. If you think that just refunding the room is enough to cover that trauma you would be completely wrong

Nice but needs fixes!
The place itself is nice and comfy, with your own private terrace to sit outside. Location was nice too, but the sink smell mentioned by everyone else here is actually an issue that needs to be addressed by the owner. It’s always there, a smell of stinky water running through the pipes. I personally opened the windows the whole time, which can be an issue in colder weather. Luckily i also never spent time at the apartment, so i was able to escape it mostly, but others might find it too troubling. Another point is the toilet, it seems tilted and about to break, should be checked as well. Upstairs noise is a big deal too! Aside from that, it was a nice place overall and would do it again if they make all the needed fixes to it.

Hemos estado tres noches en un apartamento que es una cuarta planta y no tienen anunciado q no tiene ascensor, mi marido operado de prótesis de rodilla lo ha pasado fatal gracias a estos señores, además el apartamento sucio, con una toalla de ducha para los cuatro días y muebles en mal estado y del acceso a la playa horrible, más escaleras!!! Las llaves las tuvimos q recoger de una caja q estaba detrás de un cuadro de luz en plena calle, parecíamos dos ladrones y encima con toda su cara nos dicen q la volviéramos a dejar allí q por supuesto no estaba donde el apartamento. No vuelvo ni gratis
