I purchased a watch from them
I purchased a watch from them, with 1 year warranty from online, now it got damaged with in 2 months and now when I am asking for replacement they are saying they can not do, I asked atleast can I get new strap, I will pay and buy it,they are not ready to help me out for that also, they said they don't replace it,it means when It get damaged I need to throw it off, what the hell is this

3 seperate orders were placed by my wife for a multi stone ring. They were all subsequently cancelled by Guess due to no stock, but stock was obviously available as Guess readily accepted the orders and payments. After the 4th order, a ring eventually arrived which included a sliding bar which conveniently covered an area that had a missing stone. My wife has made numerous attempts to contact Guess Customer Services using all of their online platforms but has been completely ignored apart from an automated reply. What we thought was a good, trustful & reputable company, we would strongly advise not purchasing from this company. Extremely disappointed!!

Son unos sinvergüenzas no entregan los pedidos a tiempo no te dan solución no rastream para localizar el pedido te dicen y prometen k te van. Hacer un reembolso por los inconvenientes y no lo ha enviado k te van. Mandar un código de descuento para próximas compras por el inconveniente y es mentira incumplen plazos aún poniendo fecha de entrega y te dicen k está dentro del plaxo cuando es mentira ellos mismos reconocen k están teniendo problemas con la empresa de reparto y no ponen solución.

The Marciano by Guess skinny trousers…fabric disintegration
The Marciano by Guess skinny trousers in brown %100 polyester look very stylish. But they are priced at over $300AUD. I have only worn mine less than 6 times and the fabric has disintegrated in sections sich as inner thighs, bottom area, side of thigh. Friction issue? No stretch in fabric? At this price you expect much better quality and durability with normal wear. I take great care with delicate fabrics but these pants are not designed for normal use. Very disappointed!
