Absolutely faultless team with customer service second to none they went out of there way to help and accommodate at every stage the only one thing and it’s not there fault but DX deliveries are the worse delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to use they send you a tracker giving you the timescale and you expect them to arrive in that timescale once was 2 hours before them twice didn’t bother to arrive once rebooked again didn’t arrive had to rebook again they are terrible you can’t get hond of them to talk to them. But getting back to the supply company absolutely brilliant customer services one lady even gave me her private telephone number to update her so she could do something to help brilliant company 5star plus

Absolutely brilliant company! I rang them 1st to check stock levels as it does say on website that they don’t keep stock of everything! If not a lead time of 7-15 working days for item to be manufactured and posted. I asked the lady on the phone if they could give me an exact date as I needed it for the following week for a holiday. She advised me to put a note on the order stating the date I needed it for and they would see what they could do! Not even 7 days later the product has arrived at my house before I leave for our holiday! The product is excellent quality and super easy to install! Thanks again! 5* company couldn’t recommend enough!

Don't purchase without emailing to…
Don't purchase without emailing to enquire about stock levels - company will happily take your money and tell you afterwards that they are out of stock! The company failed to advise at point of purchase that they were currently out if stick of the item I purchased but not only this were currently a week or so behind the lead times advised on their site due to staff shortage. Unfortunately, they had already accepted my order taken my money before getting in touch to let me know this and offer a refund. However, refunds take up to 15 days on card payments so I am left £280 out of pocket and still need a dog guard. I have incurred overdraft fees as a result. I contacted the company to let them know this and instead of an apology they hid behind the lead times on their site without acknowledging these were inaccurate by their own admission. Not impressed and will not consider buying again.

Guardsman Greatness.
Entire process of ordering was smooth as clockwork, communication superb, and delivery was seamless. Product craftsmanship is outstanding, fantastic quality and fits the SUV perfectly. Huge credit for such an outstanding product.

Dog guard and divider for Tesla model Y, simply great engineering, wonderfully solid. The leadtime was a little bit longer but I was kept fully informed, all the information and product help is top notch.
