Une arnaque totale pour les créateurs: fuyez ce service!Abonné fidèle depuis un an et demi à ce service, j'ai vu la qualité s'effondrer de semaine en semaine. C'est devenu une honte absolue.Le service client et leur IA méprisent totalement les utilisateurs. La semaine dernière, 75 % de mon quota mensuel payant a été cramé à cause de bugs de leurs propres serveurs (l'IA refusait d'écouter les consignes de silence et rajoutait de la musique partout pour bouffer mes crédits). Et ce week-end, sans aucun préavis, ils changent les conditions générales en cours de contrat: impossibilité totale de générer la moindre vidéo de secours sans repayer instantanément, et même le chat textuel de base est verrouillé si vous n'êtes pas abonné au statut maximum! On vous bloque l'accès pour vous empêcher de vous plaindre.C'est une stratégie lâche: ils laissent pourrir et mourir le service vidéo grand public en douce parce que leurs serveurs leur coûtent trop cher, tout en continuant à traire les clients fidèles à 35 € par mois. Leurs nouvelles offres délirantes à 499 € par mois pour "passer en priorité" sur des serveurs saturés et une IA ultra-censurée qui transforme des scènes de science-fiction en n'importe quoi, c'est du vol pur et simple.Pendant ce temps, la vraie concurrence professionnelle (comme Runway Gen-3 ou Kling) propose des outils dix fois plus puissants, avec du vrai contrôle de caméra, beaucoup moins de censure stupide, et pour seulement 15 dollars par mois.Ne donnez plus jamais un seul centime à cette boîte qui méprise ses clients et change les règles en scred. Mon univers créatif et mon argent partent définitivement ailleurs. 0 étoile si c'était possible.

Paying more and getting less every month ————————————————————- I have been paying for two SuperGrok subscriptions since November 2025, so I am writing this as a long-term paying customer. Unfortunately, my experience has become worse month after month. In my experience, the amount of content that gets blocked has increased significantly, sometimes to a level that feels absurd. At the same time, I seem to reach usage limits much faster than before. On some occasions, several requests are blocked and shortly afterwards I get the message that my limit has been reached. What frustrates me most is that recently the reset can take 4 or even 5 days. During that time, the alternative offered is to pay a very high additional price for only a small amount of extra usage — and even after paying, requests can still be blocked. That is what bothers me as a customer: I keep paying the same premium subscription price, while I feel I receive less and less value every month. I understand that any AI service needs rules and usage limits. But if restrictions and limits become increasingly severe for existing paying customers, I believe this should be communicated clearly and transparently. I am posting this review to warn other consumers to look carefully at the current restrictions, limits and reset times before paying for SuperGrok. What was once a service I enjoyed using has, for me, become increasingly frustrating and disappointing. xAI/Grok should seriously listen to its paying customers before even more of them become angry and cancel their subscriptions.

I've started using AI more in my daily…
I've started using AI more in my daily life, ive used a few different ones, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc, and I think Grok falls fairly safely in the middle to bottom. Maybe people use it for different things, but I find it to just be less expressive and helpful than the others.

This was to be expected.
Grok 4.5 pays less heed to custom instructions and has a "personality" similar to the current, pro-corporate ChatGPT 5.5/5.6 Luna Sruna 5.3, 5,2 etc. _ Grok 4.3 was much better and more welcoming. Grok will either be defunct soon or will be implemented soon, with an equivalent of Alibaba's Qwen3Guard moderation (Qwen), and 80% of "controversial" topics about local politics will be banned. Unfortunately, this is what happens when capitalists target AI and then just tighten the screws at the expense of the common "plebeian."

Terrible message limit.
The subscription being pushed is insane. Recently, I've only been able to get 2-5 messages on a free account. The app is also just as bad. It was okay yesterday morning, but they've changed the limit so much I'd rather switch over to Claud or chatGPT because I know they won't push a subscription or have a time limit that resets every 24 hours or so. It's terrible. I was fine with the message limits before, I was happy to wait them out. But this is just downright terrible.
