Ordered item in stock only to find out…
Ordered item in stock only to find out a week later its yet to be shipped? requested cancel but was told to wait with an excuse of why item was not in the Uk & them advertising it was!Two days later I advised seller I will be going through my bank if item not here in 3 days but the next day I had an update of the item was about to be shipped from Netherlands even after requesting to cancel & them telling me it’s been shipped!? They have been Very Untrustworthy from the beginning & I will now go through my bank to claim my funds.Never Ever Again!

Shitty shitty costumer service
I ordered. Received. Broken pieces received. Asked if it was possible to new ones. Got told yes. Got told after week of waiting. That they were out. And i could find some other products. At same price range of lower. I told them i just wanted items of same size or bigger. And same features. You know. Same stuff or upgrade. Not down grade. They waste the time. And send items not matching what i asked for. And then i find something. But they say its to expensive. I told them again again again, to send me the closest. They wouldnt i could look my self. After the pure pure costumer service. I told them. Okay then send me this product. And they said it was okay. Which product i wanted. They had different. And then told me when i choose. I should pay the difference then. Wasted weeks and alot of writing back and forward

i put in an order nearly a month ago…
i put in an order nearly a month ago and when i went to track my parcel it said it gad been delivered last December so i contacted grasscity to fix the issue they sent me out a new tracking number but the parcel hasn't moved sice the 27th its currently the 4th right now. ive had orders from china come quicker and im in Europe if i receive the package il change my review but i don't think its worth the hassle

Broken in the first week
Broken in the first week I got this dab rig a week ago but when I put the banger on the part for the banger just fell of completely from the dab rig. When I reached out they told me to handle with care but as I said all I did was to put my banger on it, which you need to do to smoke out of it. Customer service is terrible, unbelievable that they don't accept faulty product that 300C banger just fell off and they don't care! You better off with products even from China websites.

Cancelled order, stolen payment
Basically got scammed, tried to put order, credit card payments option wasn’t going through, been forced to use their crypto payment, paid, waited 5 days, received email saying that, my order is cancelled, wrote them email,for better understanding you just CANT REFUND CRYPTO PAYMENT WITHOUT PROVIDING THEM WALLET INFORMATION, nobody refunded me anything - 100% scam just taking ur money, and thats it, hope this can reach as many people as it can - AVOID GRASSCITY FRAUD COMPANY
