Four Purchases of Grams28 products
I stumbled on Grams28 while on line some 12 months ago or so. Since then I have bought 3 cross-body leather bags and one credit card wallet. All four products have been of exceptional quality. My latest purchase was the laptop crossbody and it is perfect for my Apple MacBook Air. I recommend all Grams28 products without hesitation. And delivery is quick from Hong Kong.

I have a lot of designer…
I have a lot of designer bags/accessories, but nothing comes close to what grams28 has to offer! The price point for it is so great for the high quality you get! And also super thought out, the way they sleekly have hidden storage and everything is so designed that all your stuff is in perfect order while having a silent luxury design. So far I spent over 5000 usd with them and dont regret a single item!

Minimalist and Sophisticated
The AirPods case is great quality. The leather has a nice matte texture and is actually full grain leather; and u like many other leather cases it actually heals from damage and get better with age rather than dingier. The fit of the case is precise and offer good protection while still being minimalist and compact.

Premium Product, Outstanding Customer Service
My experience with GRAMS28 did not start perfectly, but it ultimately showed me what a premium brand should look like—not only in the quality of its products, but also in the way it treats its customers. I placed my order on July 31 and received it on August 24, considerably later than I had expected. I was also initially frustrated with the return process and the $35 return-label fee. Those concerns were real, and they were the reason for my original negative review. However, after receiving the product and having the opportunity to properly experience it, I have to give GRAMS28 credit where it is absolutely deserved. The quality of the product is exceptional. The leather feels genuinely premium, substantial, and luxurious. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, minimalist design, and overall presentation give the product a level of elegance that is immediately noticeable. It looks and feels like an item designed to age beautifully rather than something meant to be replaced after a couple of years. From a product perspective, GRAMS28 absolutely delivers the premium experience it promises. But what ultimately changed my opinion of the brand was their customer service. Angela, Head of Customer Service at GRAMS28, personally reached out after learning about my experience. She took my concerns seriously, acknowledged what had gone wrong, and made a genuine and very generous effort to resolve the situation. There were no excuses or attempts to dismiss my concerns—just professionalism, accountability, and a clear desire to make things right. That matters to me. Any company can have a shipping issue. What separates a truly premium company is what happens after something goes wrong. In my case, GRAMS28 demonstrated that they are willing to stand behind both their products and their customers. I originally left a negative review because of my experience with the delivery and return process. After seeing the quality of the product and, especially, the way GRAMS28 handled my concerns, I felt it was only fair to remove that review and replace it with one that reflects my complete experience. Beautiful products, genuinely premium materials and craftsmanship, and customer service that ultimately exceeded my expectations. GRAMS28 earned back my confidence.
