⚠️ BUYER BEWARE — Very Disappointing Experience with Grailed and thier Scammers!! I purchased a Lost & Found Ria Dunn shirt listed as Size L, but what I received was extremely worn out and appeared to have shrunk to approximately a Size S/XS. I own the exact same shirt in Size M, and the difference is unbelievable. I provided photos clearly showing the size and condition discrepancy. What was even more frustrating was Grailed’s dispute process. I had to go through multiple steps, submit photos and information, and exchange numerous emails over several days. The communication was extremely inefficient and repetitive. Despite all the evidence I provided, Grailed refused to refund me and would not even allow me to return the item. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Grailed. A marketplace should protect legitimate buyers and provide an efficient, fair dispute-resolution process when an item is clearly not as described. BTW this was not the first time it happened to me at this website! I will not be purchasing from Grailed again. Buyers should think twice and carefully consider the level of protection they actually have before making a purchase on this platform.

Excellent customer service!
Customer service was very fast and efficient responding to my issue. It was resolved within 24 hours. Also, I have had 31 transactions, with zero issues. The key is to find, and be, a reputable seller. Also, to read the reviews of the people you are buying from. It has been a successful selling platform for me.

Sold an item. Tracking system doesn't work. Refunded buyer without contacting me.
Beware of selling on Grailed, because even if you do everything correctly you may be burnt because their systems will fail, they will blame you and take no responsibility. I sold an item, shipped it within 2 days and added the correct tracking number. Grailed's system failed to update the tracking number allowed the buyer to exploit a 7 day loop hole and get a full refund no questions asked, no confirmation required. Not once did the buyer or Grailed reach out to me to get additional information. Very poor customer service when complaining - basically asked me to get the seller to ship it back OR to relist the item and have the seller click 'buy' again. They've told me that if funds are refunded this way, then they to release my funds unless the seller is willing to work with the buyer. This is completely unreasonable, the item has already been sent and delivered - and the buyer has no obligation to work with a seller and they've walked away with a free item. The seller is powerless. Will not deal with them again. I will be complaining loudly on every platform until I get a resolution.
