I continue to contact goose creek
I continue to contact goose creek, providing my contact number on their voicemail to call me to come to a resolution. The automated service states someone will return your phone call, the company never returns any of my calls.I ordered candles 2 of them were damaged, provided screen shots of the damaged candles via email, again no call back no resolution.I do not believe the 4 star rating they receive from other consumers, for in truth they have not attempted to contact me for any resolution, I had to pay for damaged merchandise, just unacceptable, unacceptable and unprofessional.

No emails received but order arrived safely
No problems with my order; didn't receive any confirmation email or tracking number, but found both on my account created on the site. Order arrived with no issues within a week, was well packaged and had no broken items. Will order again!

Customer service is nonexistent. Scam!
I ordered a candle from Shop app at the beginning of December and Christmas is in a few days and I have not received the candle gift I purchased for my daughter or any updates at all! All it says is “ordered – waiting for details“ No tracking, nothing! When I email them, the email bounces back and says this is not a working email. There’s no phone number and I have no way of contacting the company. I’ve seen others say they contacted the company and got responses, but I have no idea how to do that! I’ve tried every avenue Facebook, Instagram, emails etc. I will never order from this company again and I highly recommend you don’t either. So now I have to call my credit card company and file a dispute. What a waste of time as I have many things to do before the holidays. The fact that there is zero phone number is a huge red flag!!

Ich habe einen Teil meiner Lieferung vor WOCHEN zurück gesendet. Es kam auch an, wie ich dem Tracking entnehmen konnte. Keine Antwort auf irgendeine meiner Mails, mein Geld hab ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen. Betrug!!!

Horrible company
I ordered a dozen candles from them as Christmas presents. Like many other people, no updates and no order shipped. After waiting two weeks for any kind of update, I finally cancelled my order since it still hadn’t shipped and the post office is past their “ship by for Christmas delivery” date. They don’t really seem to care about all the unhappy customers. I definitely won’t order from them again.
