8 mois que je tourne sur cette plate forme et actuellement je n'y trouve aucun défaut, bon l'application pourrait être un peu plus joli mais on s'en moque complètement! Je referai le point dans quelques mois pour voir où j'en suis:)

GoMining is withholding my funds and my account is broken. Support agents Vincent and Mia admit via email that my account is stuck in an 'uncommon situation,' yet they refuse to issue a refund and keep stalling by saying 'experts are looking into it.' They even actively fought and blocked my bank dispute while simultaneously admitting via email that they haven't solved my issue. Total lack of integrity. Ticket remains unresolved after more than a month of being completely honest with them. Avoid this platform. UPDATE (26 Aug): Support agent Mia just tried to stall again by claiming the bank dispute is 'still in progress.' When I emailed her back with direct screenshot proof from my bank app showing the dispute is officially CLOSED, she immediately changed her story within 4 minutes and went back to the generic 'we passed it to specialists' excuse. Unbelievable stonewalling.

I had a account setup and then I was hacked by someone and gained access into the account and then tried to collect my winnings from like two years of being locked out and I didn’t know that the person who hacked my account had setup a fake address and so I discovered everything through my copilot and addressed the issue with their support team and was told to wait till their specialist got finished with an update it’s been almost a month and they haven’t responded nor have they reached out through the emails and support portal
