PLEASE READ IF IN THE UK So I found this site which is also the sister site of Iwin fortune, initially it was a great site to play with fast payouts and great customer service 6 weeks ago I tried to withdraw winnings of 1500 not anticipating any issues due to the previous levels of service how wrong could I have been it’s now been 6 weeks since my request which still shows as in progress I have contacted them endlessly and firstly always get either Fiona or Chloe on the chat I would add that they also answer the chat on iwin which I’ve been chasing my winnings for over 3 months Each response is the same, the transaction is being checked as part of there standard security check and will be processed between 7 - 21 working days How they appreciate my patience and they will email the finance dept and update me Needless to say nothing ever happens even when I told them I will be submitting a review which I would happily retract should they issue my winnings I highly doubt my review will see me issued with my winnings but one never knows Please guys if your thinking of playing these sites based on what they promise please please think before you sign up

I am leaving this review to warn others based on my personal experience. My experienced was serious failures in responsible gambling support, complaint handling, and transparency. I requested account closure and self-exclusion. This request was not acted . My account remained open for months until I put a formal complaint in. Despite asking for closure, I continued to receive promotional and VIP marketing emails, including after I submitted a formal complaint in November 2025. That complaint was never acknowledged or responded to. The full complaint timeframe passed with no investigation, no findings, and no explanation. Deposits were processed using cryptocurrency-related payment methods and appeared under multiple different payment names, making it difficult to clearly identify transactions. This lack of transparency is concerning for customers trying to track or control their gambling. The operator states they are licensed under Curaçao, however I was unable to verify a matching licence or legal entity in the official Curaçao Gaming Authority register. The brand also appears across multiple rotating websites (for example goldenpharaoh11, goldenpharaoh23, goldenpharaoh36, wagertales2, wagertales3), which makes accountability difficult.
