Worst company EVER!!!!
Worst company EVER!!!!! THAT'S IS IF ITS EVEN A REAL COMPANY LOL, that's still up for debate. I order in early July and never received anything but they sure to my money. When you try to contact anyone they Never Respond!!! So I lost money and the jersey which was a birthday gift smh!!!

Customer Support does not exist and completely ignores you
The quality and details of the received jerseys were not good. Frankly this can happen, so I reached out to customer support since they claim they are available 24/7, and there is a return policy. However, they have been completely ignoring every single outreach (via WhatsApp and via email). I've sent 6 emails, and 10+ whatsapp messages. I did not receive a single response. So, the customer support claim is FALSE. They are purposely ignoring requests not to have to refund people. This is a pure SCAM. I am extremely disappointed as this was my third order: the first one with issues where I needed help from customer support. Run away for this website!

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. What should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of chasing customer service for a refund that still has not appeared on my credit card. The most frustrating part has been the lack of transparency. I repeatedly asked for actual proof of the refund — such as the refund transaction/reference number and processing details — but instead kept receiving vague assurances that it had already been processed. I even confirmed directly with my bank that no refund was received. A company should be able to provide clear documentation when it claims money has been returned to a customer. Having to repeatedly follow up for something this basic has completely destroyed my confidence in this business. I would not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with GoJersey. I was told on July 14 that my refund had been processed and would arrive within 3–10 days. Almost a month later, I still have not received the refund. I contacted them repeatedly. They continued to insist that the refund had been issued, but when I asked for an actual refund receipt, transaction/reference number, or ARN, they did not provide any of them. Instead, they sent me a screenshot of my original purchase, which clearly showed “Transaction type: Sale” and “Refunded amount: 0.” I also contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed that no refund had been received or was pending on my Mastercard. After weeks of emails, I am still being told to “check with my bank” without being given any traceable evidence that the refund was actually processed. Unfortunately, I now have to pursue the matter through my credit card issuer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

It says on tracking that it is waiting for a pick up,but there is no location,no tracking number,no SMS or email from gojersey.It is a scam.They dont reply to customer service.
