Online Course not recommended
Maybe the offline courses are decent, but I would not recommend their online German language course. The course is not engaging and most of the assignments are in form of a test, where you have to choose the correct option out of the existing ones. You don't learn to speak or to write full sentences. In the very few assignments where you have to type something in, the answers are case sensitive! It is very demotivating when you receive a low grade for a correct answer which simply did not start with a capital letter from new line, or the sentence was missing a period at the end... All the materials are offered in form of separate PDF files - a very useless format. When I encounter a word I don't know, I have to copy paste it into Google translate, because the course does not offer inline translation. The UI of the web app is not always user friendly: drag and drop glitches, slow transitions, big tables/images that are too big for my phone's screen (I have iPhone Pro Max). The pronunciation assignments are the most annoying as you have to click on the mic each time and wait 5 seconds before you can speak. These unnecessary pauses annoy me a lot, especially when the UI freezes and I have to start over, which happens often. To be honest, I regret paying for this course as I don't get much value from it. I'm doing A2. I don't feel that it helps me learn. Duolingo is better and it's free.

Ich wollte sehr dem Goethe-Institut…
Ich wollte sehr dem Goethe-Institut meinen Dank für die nützlichen und effektiven Kurse, die Organisation der Prüfungen und vor allem für die menschliche Betreuung zu den Schullern aussprechen. Hier arbeiten wirklich intelligente Menschen, auf die Deutschland stolz sein kann.

Terrible. I purchased the 5 weeks course twice (two courses). It's a mix of online platform and weekly group classes. If you already know the language you will do great BUT if you are actually learning, you will see the platform itself is not complete enough to self-teach yourself German and the group setting is an instance of practice and it's fully in German. The teachers do not have time for private questions, they lack any pedagogical experience and are blunt rude if you actually are not learning and have questions. Not worth the almost 500 euros per 5 weeks. At least I had a terrible experience.

The teacher is the problem
The teacher is sort of selective. Like for example if you are struggling to speak German then the teacher would literally talk to you as if she wished u never existed. Its almost like she's happy with students who are fast learners and mean with students who r sort of slow or um unresponsive. Its a foreign language. A new language. Ofcourse it takes time? And when the teacher assigns us breakout rooms(rooms where u speak with another student to practice your german) no one even cares to correct each other. Honestly? I regret my decision. I wish I could've learned from maybe Duolingo or even youtube. My main problem is with the teacher. Oh and don't expect english instructions. To say "could you repeat that" u can't do that in English. Switch to german. Like bro it's an A1 course what r u expecting from me

Worst Website Exam Booking system in…
Worst Website Exam Booking system in Bangladesh, waiting for 1 year to have exam seat .. it is just impossible, first they say their system is overloaded during seat booking, then after multiple tries they block your IP and then after sometimes their prestigious website gives you message "Fully Booked", such a horrible stupid institute.
