Fake Testimonials and Deceptive Business Practices
I paid $300 for access to the AI prompt library. Some time later, the company suddenly cancelled my subscription. They explained in an email that the payment system account no longer belonged to the business and that they had to cancel access as part of a dispute resolution. When I contacted their Partnerships and Support representative, Katie Patterson, to seek clarification and resolution, I received no further response. Upon further research, I discovered significant issues with the company. Their customer testimonials appear to include AI-generated faces from thispersondoesnotexist.com, with some image files still containing the original filenames from that site. Additionally, the two co-founders have been engaged in a very public and messy dispute, making serious accusations against each other regarding control of the company. This combination of fake-looking testimonials, unresponsive support, and highly visible internal conflict has left a very bad impression. I cannot recommend God of Prompt to anyone.
