If I could give a -5 stars I would
If I could give a -5 stars I would. Worst platform ever. They are rude and I am appalled that Grand Canyon University would continue to use them after my multiple complaints. I did all my equipment checks and it checked and still had to wait over an hour from my start time to take. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Useless staff, useless service
Quite possibly one of the worst services I have received. Logged in way before my exam and proceeded 3 minutes before the start time as requested. 1 and a half hours of being bounced round 7 absolutely clueless and unhelpful agents, and I had to give up and rebook the exam in person. This was supposed to be my third online exam using the exact same setup that worked perfect for the first two. I cannot emphasize the sheer incompetence of the people they contract.

Malware Installation Results in Compromised Workflow
As a student, I used their services once and had to install a program from a rather suspicious exe file from rather aggressive and uncooperative proctors. After taking the exam, my desktop computer was never really the same, and often experienced varying frequencies of crashes that were very disruptive to workflow and degrading to my morale as a student. Random crashes would occur at intervals ranging from 1-2 days to 10-20 mins.

This software is not user friendly, slow, glitchy, the helpbot is incredibly unhelpful, as are the staff (and also very slow at responding) If I could give 0 stars I would

My use of ProctorU invigilation was a disaster.
My use of ProctorU invigilation was a disaster. This was in respect of an Open University exam for a Maths degree. I took immense trouble to conform with their requirements including watching various instruction videos and ensuring that I had downloaded the required software (Guardian) and that my PC passed the technical tests - audio, video etc. I arrived at the OU site punctually at the booked time and made contact with my invigilator, Rashmi, who asked me to download additional software which I did successfully. This was the last I heard from Rashmi ~ I waited 25 minutes but there was no contact from him or any other invigilator. I tried entering the word "Agent" which was the suggested way of re-making contact but the two people who responded claimed that I was not registered with ProctorU (which I certainly was because I had logged in successfully for ProctorU using login details that I had set up previously) nor were they aware that I was in the process of trying to take an exam. I then telephoned the helpline and was put through to a "technical expert" who suggested I should "turn off" the Guardian software. This sounded absurd because Guardian is the specific software needed for their invigilation process. Finally I decided to go back to the start and register again for the invigilation process to start. The response I got was that I was now out of time and "would I like to re-book?" Since Rashmi had simply walked away from his task to invigilate me I had no idea what the problem was (if in fact the problem was at my end) and what I should do to rectify the matter. On reading through other complaints re ProctorU it is clear that it is not uncommon for invigilators simply to vanish from contact with the exam-taker without either explaining the problem or handing over to someone else who could explain or solve the problem.
